By engaging the services of Support of Support ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Support of Support provides customer support operations management, tools auditing, business consulting, project management, web design, training, and ad administration. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Payment terms are set out in each individual service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest. We reserve the right to pause services for non-payment.
All methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools developed by Support of Support remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables produced specifically for them.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement for three (3) years after the engagement ends.
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Outstanding fees become due immediately upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
